JERUSALEM—When Rabbi Yisroel and Shoshana (“Shoshi”) Goldberg first arrived in the upscale Jerusalem neighborhood of Rechavia six years ago, they operated out of synagogues and held classes in private homes whose owners were only too happy to welcome them.
