Simchat Torah
in New Beit Chabad - 2 Ibn Ezra, corner Kakal
Rejoicing on Simchat Torah is victory!
The enemies of Israel today, like the Nazis during the Holocaust, directed their cruelty at Israel's holidays and festivals, in an attempt to break the spirit of the Jewish people.
We will not give to them what they desire. We will continue to celbrate our holidays and rejoice on Simchat Torah, despite the terrible pain in face of the horrible disaster that befell us during Simchat Torah last year.
This year we will dedicate the Simchat Torah Hakafot to the families of the murdered, to those who were injured, to the safe release of the abducted, to the speedy healing of all the wounded.
This year, more than ever, let's dance and rejoice on Simchat Torah, because no hardship or enemy can disable this joy!
